Testimonials

My mother's tiles were old and ugly, as she has been living in the same house her entire life without ever really taking care of her tiles. I called Tile Cleaners to get advice on what to do with them. They came to her house the next day to have a look at my mum's tiles. I am very satisfied with how patient and highly professional you were with my mother. I am sorry I couldn't be there when you arrived, and I am really impressed by how you managed to explain everything to my mom and help her out. Thank you for doing a great job.

Other FAQs :

  • Q: What should I do to prepare for my floor sealing?
  • A: Move all furniture and items off the floor so it is ready for when we arrive.
    • Q: Will sealing my pavers or stone stop algae growing?
    • A: Sealing changes the characteristics of the tile or stone. It doesn't change the environment. If you have a damp shady backyard the stone sealing product can't change that. It reduces the porosity of the tile or stone and inhibits the growth and makes cleaning easier. In most cases it is worth considering.
      • Q: Why should I clean my stone surface?
      • A: Natural stone products contain dirt, residues, dust and grime in their pores. These pores need to be cleaned well before any sealant is applied to the surface of the stone. If dirt etc. is trapped under the stone sealer sooner or later it will cause a milky white residue between the top of the stone and the underside of the sealer. The only way to remove this is to remove the stone sealer and clean.
