Clareville Maintenance
Maintaining the newly cleaned and sealed surface area is extremely important. The better the maintenance of the new areas the longer the sealer will last. Maintaining can include cleaning the areas with appropriate solutions as well as vacuuming and mopping on a routine basis. With external areas, we recommend sweeping or blowing off dirt, branches, rocks, pebbles or any larger objects as these can sometimes scratch the surface of the sealer over the years. This may shorten the sealers life resulting in resealing much sooner than usually.
We cover all Sydney suburbs, all Northern Beaches area and all surrounding suburbs to Clareville

These products have been specially formulated to work best with the quality sealers we use and have a proven track record of offering the highest quality protecting available for your tiles, pavers and natural stone.
For internal surfaces we recommend using a soft bristle brush, broom or a vacuum cleaner to remove any surface dirt then mopping with a suitable solution and a cotton mop. Routing maintenance can be anything from once a week to once a fortnight.

We do not recommend ever using acid based chemicals or harsh cleaning products on your sealed surfaces as this may over time strip off the sealer from your sealed surfaces and reduce protection. External areas can be pressure cleaned with appropriate PSI, please contact Clareville TILE CLEANERS for advice on PSI levels for different surfaces and sealers. Regular maintenance will not only keep your tiles and natural stone looking new but will also extend the life of your sealer. Remember different types of sealers have different life spans and Clareville TILE CLEANERS sealers can last for up to 10 years.
